  • "My oldest goes to school at CMU and instead of leaving him there alone for Easter we rented this to be able to spend it together. We spent the weekend playing board games and having a fire. It was a perfect spot to enjoy being together. The hosts are amazing! I forgot flour at home so Lynette brought me a couple tbsp. Anytime we had questions Rex answered immediately and brought over whatever it was that was needed- firewood, a lighter. A+ home. Felt comfy and cozy and the record player in the game room made the experience even better. Thank you so much for giving my kids a memorable weekend!"

  • "I just want to say if you’re considering booking at Lynette and Rex’s properties 100% do it. It was so peaceful and relaxing but not too out of the way to the point where you could be bored. The property was gorgeous and was maintained amazingly with everything we needed. Lynette and Rex were some of the kindest people we have ever met and genuinely seemed happy to have us. The lakes are gorgeous and the scenery was great. If you’re from a metro area and looking for a great place to kick back and relax, this is without a doubt the home to do it in. I will absolutely be coming back and am excited for all the things we didn’t get to explore."

They had so many games to play and enjoy. the cabin was bigger than what the photos showed. and the host was really responsive and always making sure everything was alright. they made us feel at home and they made sure nothing was missing They thought of everything. I would totally recommend this place."

  • "We came into town to stay for a few days to celebrate a birthday. the home was absolutely gorgeous, modern, and everything was carefully thought out. Anything you could need, they have thought of! The hosts were very communicative and the fact that we could bring the pups, really made this trip more fun. The only suggestion I have would be to possibly add a fence and a hot tub, then you have no reason to leave! 😉"
